Reston Pet Fiesta 2008

FRIENDS OF HOMELESS ANIMALS
Reston Pet Fiesta 2008

Welcome to the 2008 Reston Pet Fiesta! FOHA had many wonderful dogs and volunteers in attendance, and we were thrilled by the number of visitors we had at our booth! Here are some photos we took at this year's event:

Wylie can't wait to get some attention. Or better yet, an application!

Is there anything cuter than little Laverne?! She is such a snuggler!

Laverne was a big hit at the Fiesta, and enjoyed socializing with the other dogs.

Findley had a great time meeting lots of potential adopters.

Bandit Boy had a blast at the Fiesta!

Homer Jess is taking a snooze. It's been a long day!

Asa spots something interesting....

That's a funny looking Dalmatian!

How cute is my beard?!

Airy thinks he's a lap dog!

It sure feels good to rest those tired paws!

Airy found a look-alike!

We would have bet any money that these two were related!

Abie stopped by to visit... he's a much loved FOHA dog adopted this year.

Sunshine, an adopted FOHA dog, smiles for the camera.

Copper, adopted from FOHA a few years ago, shows off his summer cut.

Susie and Billy were once shy dogs waiting at FOHA to find a home....

...now they are much loved and outgoing members of their adoptive family.

Lucky Lou was a Katrina rescue who was adopted from FOHA.

We has some interesting visitors, such as this curious cat....

And this bunny who likes riding in a stroller!

Here are some videos from the event:

Laverne & Marge playing

Asa & Asher were wonderful FOHA representatives!

Turbo enjoying his outing from the shelter.

Thanks for joining us at this year's Reston Pet Fiesta! We hope you enjoyed yourselves as much as we did, and we hope to see you again next year!

Remember to check out www.foha.org for more information about adopting one of our wonderful dogs or cats.

OMG, I am so happy to see Abie looking so happy!!! I miss him so much but I am so glad he finally found his family. I'm bummed that I wasn't there to see him in person...
